Fintelligent is an educational financial awareness application that provides interactive tools for budgeting, expense tracking, income overview, savings planning, and financial forecasting. 14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India, and the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any arbitration proceedings or disputes arising hereunder. You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Fintelligent.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
